Terms and Conditions

-Confirmation of order/rental is done only by email at foryourbigday@gmail.com
-Full payment (rental charge + deposit) must be made upon confirmation of order.
-Deposit will only be fully refunded if items are returned in the original conditions and within 3 days from collection date.
-If items are returned after 3 days, only half of the deposit will be refunded.
-Payment mode: POSB internet banking/ATM transfer
-Pls use a reference number given to you upon confirmation of order as payee's nick.
-Transfer to POSB Savings 119-30146-7.
- Collection date is at least 2 weeks after payment has been received.
-For rush orders, ie. collection date is less than 2 weeks after payment has been received, there will be surcharge of $50 per day earlier as requested.
-Self collection at Redhill MRT only.
-Deliver to other location besides Redhill MRT, a surcharge of $20 applies.
-Pls quote reference number upon meet up for verification purposes.
-Goods sold are not refundable.
